Went there just after 8 pm. "Open" sign was lit up, sign said they were open till 10 pm, two employees standing around staring at us through the window. Doors were locked and nobody would let us in. They just stood there staring at us. This has happened at least 4 times that I can recall. I won't be back.

This has been my main dq since I've lived in st catahrines and I've been here for over 14 years. They never disappoint in my opinion on every occasion I've been there. From the chilli cheesedogs and all types of blizzards. Even when you get a ridiculous blizzard with tons of fillings. Writing this is literally making me crave some dq????. Well if you enjoy you'll definitely enjoy?.

I went to this location only because I had a coupon of $1.99 for either Parfait or Banana split. The women working at the counter cheated me by charging me the full price and stated that it is buy one for the full price and the second one would be for $1.99. I have re read their conditions with that on the coupon several times and do not see it printed there. They are participating in the promotion and accepted my coupon but did not go by the coupon offer. I have several other coupons with me from DQ and now do not trust this place because it has false advertisement.

Today is October 16th 2023, 5:58pm.This was my first and last time in the location. Staff is not very nice and have lack of manners.Two women were working at the time when I went in. Both are young. I asked them a question regarding soft ice cream, both looked at each other and laughed, it was so disrespectful.Secondly, I asked if I could mixed my ice cream bowl with two different flavors, and again both looked at each other and laughed again, and one of them said. Not possible.I felt so embarrassed, I felt that both of them don’t want me to be there, and wants me to leave.So, I have decided not to say anything else, and then I paid and I left. It was horrible behavior and manners and I am definitely not going to this location again. It’s very disgraceful.
