Drinks are okay. Some drinks that other Gong cha establishments (I've been to most of them around Canada) have aren't available here. Service is okay depending on the day you go. Staff are sometimes friendly and sometimes I can feel they are annoyed. Atmosphere is okay.If you're looking for a place that sells fresh fruit drinks, save your time and go elsewhere. This place doesn't have fresh fruit drinks.
Tried the brown sugar milk foam milk tea with black tea. The drink was delicious, regular sugar level but not TOO sweet to handle. Not the best atmosphere out of all the bbt places I’ve been, but the staff were friendly and it was clean.Dietary restrictions: Alternative milk options available

I came last week and enjoyed the bubble tea. My mom and I loved the bubble waffle as it was crunchy and tasty. Today I came back and was disappointed. Bubble tea was good but the bubble waffle was almost white and soggy inside. I brought it back and they made me another one. Same white colour and the inside tasted raw.
