Ordered food, it was all plated out. Went to use my PEN CENTER gift card and was informed they don't accept it. Like hello owner, do you see what location you are at? There's no reason why everyone else can accept gift cards and you can't. What a d*** waste of food.
I went to Manchu Wok for lunch and the options were limited. They barely had any noodles and there was no beef or spring rolls. The chicken was decent but I had higher expectations since I’ve had it before from other locations. The portions were smaller than other locations as well. I will not be returning.

I had a fantastic experience today getting my lunch at Manchu Wok. A wonderful lady by the name of Kim was so kind and very generous! She did a great job getting my order together and had a great attitude as well when she asked me how my day was. She had a mask on but I could tell she was all smiles!With that being said I have a good experience with everybody who helps there Everytime I go. Thank you guys for always being so welcoming!Chase B.
