Loud music! Would be nice to have a conversation without having to raise your voice. Forget about reading or studying. A lot of Starbucks are turning up the volume we’ve notice over the years. Maybe trying to discourage hanging out? Customer turnover makes the bucks I guess. Really disappointed.Dietary restrictions: Lactose free milk usually available
I stopped in on a drizzly day to a customized green tea latte. It took a while for the staff to try to gather their cleaning items, due to a slower time of the day, before someone came to the cash to take my order. When my drink only, was complete, the girl looked at me and said, "Here you go"...I was hoping she would confirm my customized order details, but regardless, it was correct.The drink was perfect. ?
