Getting a little tired of paying for a large only to have the top third of the cup to be empty. Unnacceptable. But I highly doubt in this day and age you care or will change anything as long as the $$$ keeps coming in.
Keke is absolutely the sweetest person. She was at cashier when I ordered and she was so sweet and kind, her customer service voice is so gentle. Keke needs a raise. Tim Hortons should be rewarding such workers for being so patient and good with customers.
