1. A supervisor stood at cash for 3 minutes counting cash, never acknowledged my presence then closed cash and walked away. Then I and others behind me wait 5 minutes for someone to take our order snd yet there were 9 staff behind the counter. I counted. 2. Someone came and it was obvious they were not only new and in training, they dodged not speak English or french, the official Canadian languages. What is the point of doing a mobile order in advance? It took 20 mins to get a small order (toasted croissant) done and none of the workers noticed until I mentioned it. All the customers after me got their order before me.

Service is slow at best. This Tim Hortons open at 0500 each morning for walk in service. Most mornings you are knocking at the door and the staff just ignore you. Even if you have four people waiting. I find the staff not friendly at all and rarely smile and say good morning.
