Staff should take their break in the designated employee area or at the back of the restaurant. They should not sit and occupied the table which are for customers and customers have no idea where to sit. That should be under training binder during 3 months of probation period. Thank you.

This is my favourite Tim Hortons to go to. I’ve been going here for 3 years and I don’t think they’ve ever made me a wrong order or disappointed! They’re always so fast and friendly. The food is always yummy. The coffee is hot and fresh and the donuts are fresh.

Long Johns were disgusting! Got them here the other day and they were amazing. Today however was a completely off the rail donut disaster and whomever made them today has no idea what they're doing!Absolutely NO cream in the donut at all except for a miniscule drop on each end, which effectively ruined them. The ENTIRE donut should be cream filled from end to end! Furthermore, the sizes of the donuts themselves were incredibly way off when compared to each other! WHO packs these donuts like that and doesn't question it??!! ZERO quality they were awful!

Went to the Tim Horton again today my wife asked for a large decaf tea with two cream their response was we ran out but were brewing decaf coffee. Had to go to the one one Welland ave and they served us large decaf tea. Why are they not prepared for the products they serve on their menu.This is ongoing the staff again they don’t listen time is wasted and I don’t see any improvement in the service. Sorry but that’s what we’ve experienced.

I go here pretty much every weekend and more often than not, my order gets messed up. A few weeks ago I ordered a vanilla latte with extra espresso, and I instead received a cup filled to the brim with steamed milk, literally nothing else. And almost every other time I go, I end up leaving with vastly underfilled drinks, or drinks that are made entirely wrong. On top of this, I highly recommend against placing a mobile order at this location. The last 5-6 times I've used the mobile order service, it has taken over 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge my order, let alone start making it. I will say though, the crew during the week is great, it is just absolutely terrible on the weekends. This location has definitely been on a downward spiral these past 6-8 months. Hopefully these problems are addressed soon and I can get Tim Hortons again without worrying about being ripped off.
