I have never been more impressed with a resolution to an issue than how management dealt with our issue this evening. We ordered through Door Dash, and had called and spoken to staff to ask them omit something from one of the dishes due to an allergy. Unfortunately when the order arrived, the kitchen had not followed instructions the allergen was in the dish, and my mother in law couldnt eat it. They had also forgotten a side order of fries. I’ve been a huge fan of TJ’s for years. New York Butter dusted roasters are my favourite. Well, they’ve changed. They’re no longer (apparently) breaded, and the sauce is DISGUSTING.
