We came here after my child saw the dentist and the lady making the food for us was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. She put love into making our meals and was very personable. The food itself was very tasty.

I will not go back to this A&W restaurant at the Promenade Mall. I went specially on the day that was promoted to contribute to the MS society when buying a burger. I wanted to get a burger because my husband passed away due to MS and this meant something to me personally. Even though there was overhead advertising promoting this event, the staff said that the manager opted out. I was very upset because there should’ve been advertising saying that not all locations participate. That was not the case. The manager did reach out to me to find out what time I was there, but never followed up.

Watch out please!! Using bare hands touch cucumber, and burger for the client before me, and touch hair money with bare hands , again without washing , sanitizing and touch my burger!!!!

They told me to wait 2 minutes and then changed it to 5. 10 minutes I asked how much longer and they told me another 10 minutes.. for 2 burgers... I never coming back to this location. They gave me cash as a refund and now I'm stuck with cash. Avoid this a&w.
