For the purpose of having a nut free cake for my son's birthday party, we decided to give Cakes By Robert a try. They were able to do an edible photo as the decor of the cake that turned out really well, but better than that, the cake turned out to be absolutely delicious. Kids devoured it, parents went in for it, it was moist and flavourful. Not too much icing either and the thinest layer of what I'm guessing was fondant that they used for the picture. I was trying to find a bakery to do a custom birthday cake and found Cakes by Robert through Google and I’m so glad I did! From ordering the custom cake to pick up, the process was seamless and all the staff were helpful and kind. From the moment you walk into the place it smells amazing. The cake turned out better than I imagined, I couldn’t have asked for better. Love this place!

We ordered our son's birthday cake from Cakes by Robert and due to his allergies (egg, milk, peanuts & treenuts) ordered the egg-free & milk-free cake. It was absolutely incredible! We had so many comments and compliments from our guests and were blown away by how delicious it was. They were extremely easy to order from and we were very happy with the result!Dietary restrictions: They were able to making an absolutely delicious milk-free and egg-free cake to accommodate allergies.
