The owner of this franchise needs to be told that the employees and the manager at this location deserve to all get fired. It must be brought to their attention as it is clearly having a negative impact. The reviews they don’t lie.

Tried going through the drive thru but no one was answering even though they were open. Also takes so long with taking peoples orders when all they’re doing is talking and going on their phone. As I was saying my order she gave me an attitude right away, which was a bad costumer service if you ask me.

They won’t answer your calls, they won’t keep their store clean as there are leaks from the roof constantly. Might be the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever entered. Avoid this place.

Rude argumentative staff, rude cashier. They got my very simple order wrong, which on its own is not a big deal at all. However, they were extremely rude,.condescending, dismissive and disrespectful when I politely asked to exchange. Rather then simply giving me a replacement - food that I actually ordered - the 2 young female employees proceeded to lecture me on how wrong I am to even consider bringing the mistake to their attention, belittling me in front of everyone else at that fine dining establishment. I remember the days when customer service actually meant something, although no one ever expected much from a fast food place. Nowadays you are lucky not to get berated and yelled at by KFCs employees.

Worst costumer experience ever! The cashier is not nice, she talks like she's irritated. They don't give gravy and asked for fee if you ask for it. They don't also check the orders properly before giving it. Some orders were lacking. I hope the management could check this. I understand if they are tired, but we are also tired and wanted to enjoy our meal.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at KFCI recently visited KFC with high hopes for a quick and tasty meal, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. Despite it being late in the evening and with plenty of empty tables available, when I asked a staff member if I could sit down for a quick meal, she rudely rolled her eyes and curtly replied with a resounding “No, if you want to dine in, you should cancel your order. Of course we CANCELLED it;This encounter was not an isolated incident. It seems that this particular staff member consistently displays a lack of respect and courtesy towards customers. It’s disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when all I wanted was a simple and pleasant dining experience.I hope that the management at KFC takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and professionalism from the staff. Until improvements are made, I will be hesitant to return to this location.
Rude and unprofessional employees talking in different languages in front of customers and laughing out loud the chicken is always dry and the quantity is very less compare to other KFC location. Maybe being too greedy.

Perennially understaffed, the cashiers and production team scream at each other in front of customers, and certain staff will literally sit on the counters chatting during the middle of dinner rush. Food is slapped together with no thoughts put into it. Every time I come here I regret it.
