Pizza is good and made to order specifications; however, the staffing is very poor by the owner. I understand if it’s a family run business but in this competitive mark you want well trained people working for you. You can not have customer facing staff who are not well mannered and rude to some extent.
Best of the chains, in my opinion. Crust is just right thickness. Sauce is very tasty and there are a variety of good toppings. I find staff to be very friendly as well, no matter the location.

Even though I gave only 4 stars to this location, I still believe, that Pizza Nova is one of the best in the city. I love their tomato sauce, and they usually are very good with ingredients freshness and specific details customers add to their orders.A few times I my orders came with extra cheese, when I identified to make it light.
