After ordering, my wife needed to use the washroom. We were told that it's closed after 9 pm. We asked if they could open it as my wife was not in a position to enjoy her meal if she was not allowed to use it. The manager said,'No'. I questioned as to why they closed the washroom when the business is still operating. Decided to ask for refund and take my business elsewhere.Worst customer service I've encountered.Will not dine here again.
This Popeyes is flavorless & chicken don't taste fresh. I got 4 pieces of chicken Spicy and I saw the guy there mix with non spicy because they are lazy to make new ones. I indirectly called him out and said "These are all spicy right?" and he said "Yes, they are all spicy." Guess what, I was right! I'm never coming to this location again.

The staff was very nice. There was no sign to indicate the ice machine was not working. When asked, we were told we could get a cold drink from the fridge. Not run professionally.

Ordered 3 piece chicken tenders - clerk told me she would give me extra pieces because they were so small. Turns out they were stale - overcooked, dry, flavourless as if they were sitting in the warming tray all day long - she was just trying to get rid of them. Coleslaw was turning brown too. Choose another location, or better yet, support Mary Browns which is a Canadian company that is ten times better quality.
