An amazing coffee spot. The lattes are prepared expertly with חלב ישראל and the bagels are about the best I've tasted. Can sit down and read the Jerusalem Post, feel safe, and not worry about being called out.
I don't care about coffee or pastries. The only things in life that brought me any feeling was pain in the gym and having my boss yell at me. Until one day I walked in here and saw..... Her. I went to Sips based on the reviews that had seen. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! The atmosphere was very comfortable. It was very clean and the service was even better than I expected. I found out afterward that I was actually served by the owner. The coffee was made to perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend this place.
