THIS IS THE WORST! CUSTOMER SERVICE TIM HORTONS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I went through the drive through and right off the bat the man already gave me attitude. I even told him he does not need to speak to me in that tone, I also had my child in the car that even asked why is that man so rude. I was very upset I even called up the place and apparently I was not the only one who complained about him there was multiple complaints. I would not recommend anyone going to this location.

I have been to this location many times. Working customer service myself I know a thing or two about it. That being said I ordered a bagel BLT and coffee simple order. I got the bag it was a bun BLT. I kindly asked to have it on a bagel. The worker was very rude and had an attitude. I waited 5 minutes for a new one for her to ask me were is the bun BLT. I told her I give it to her she didn’t believe me so I gave her my bag showed my pockets for her to have put it in the back. She didn’t apologize or anything she and her co working were laughing at me. I had it with Tim’s and the attitude from their workers. I give my money to more expensive places to pay for better quality food and workers. Last 3 times I went to this location and other tims my orders have been messed up and I am the bad guy for asking for the right order. Tim’s need better staff training cuz the people I have talked about this with agree and do ever go to Tim’s.

I am very sorry for this branch,Today Dec 31 just had an interaction with the lady in drive thru, she was very rude, we requested for two food items she refused the first one (farmers wrap) and said we don’t have breakfast items at this time and for the second item (potato wedges) she said we are closing in 20 minutes and we do not have it ready,We understand if the requested item is not available but the way she talked was very rude and with attitude. I hope she feels better since it doesn’t look right that someone speaks like that with a costumer specifically at new year eve.

Extremely poor customer experience.I haven’t been to Tim Hortons in ages and the attitude I received from an employee on the morning of Saturday, December 16, 2023, is beyond upsetting.I went through the drive through to order a drink and something to eat. I told the employee I want a London Fog, but then I quickly changed my mind and told her that I actually want a steep tea with milk. Then, because I haven’t been to Timmie’s for so long I completely forgot what bagels they have and what can you make them with. The screen that shows the menu doesn’t say anything about the bagels. So I asked, what bagels do you have? With a heavy accent she told me all the bagels, but I completely missed it the first time and asked her to kindly repeat. She repeated and I chose the cheese bagel. I then asked her to remind me what can I make it with. At that point, the employee, what appears to be - lost it and said: “Mam! What do you mean what can you make it with? You don’t know what can you make it with? You can make it with this, that..”. I was shocked from this attitude. Isn’t it her job to explain what they have on the menu? Isn’t it her job to be polite and provide a positive experience? Why did I as a customer have to feel like I was annoying the employee with my honest, simple questions? I was very polite with her, it wasn’t busy at all at that moment and I didn’t have any cars behind me. I see no reason as to why my “extra” questions had to irritate this employee that much. I doubt I would want to come back to this location.
