Burger is best in town. Service is spot on always nice staff and friendly. Atmosphere is as good as it can be. We didn,t go there for atmosphere we when there for a dam good burger.
Met Andrew; one of the guys from here at Superstore when casually having a conversation about cilantro. Had a great conversation with him and when he told me that he works here I decided I’d stop by and show some support. Excellent customer service and a super friendly environment. The food here is even better than the service. Got their Deluxe Cheeseburger with an extra patty with a poutine combo and got the Mother Clucker combo for my mom. I have recently discovered Burger Barn and it has become my favourite burger joint in Thunder Bay. Not only is the excellent food reasonably priced, it is also a friendly place to visit. I have been especially impressed by Andrea (whose name I have only recently learned) at the cash who is warm, friendly, highly efficient and quick. She is truly an asset to your organization.
