Burger is best in town. Service is spot on always nice staff and friendly. Atmosphere is as good as it can be. We didn,t go there for atmosphere we when there for a dam good burger.

Met Andrew; one of the guys from here at Superstore when casually having a conversation about cilantro. Had a great conversation with him and when he told me that he works here I decided I’d stop by and show some support. Excellent customer service and a super friendly environment. The food here is even better than the service. Got their Deluxe Cheeseburger with an extra patty with a poutine combo and got the Mother Clucker combo for my mom. Would give 10 stars if Google allowed it. Make sure you stop by and show some love. By far one of the best burger spots in Thunder Bay.
Good chezzy bacon burgers ,BUT running out of bans to make it.That is disappointing after driving to learn" we are out of bans" on last 2 trips....

This is a favourite on “burger night” the bacon cheesy burger is our favourite! The French fries are also awesome. The staff is always friendly and very helpfully.

I've been here twice now, and while the drive thru lines always seem to be long and rather slow moving, the food is more than worth the wait!The classic burgers are good, but the chicken caesar sandwich is to die for!

Got the cheesy bacon burger combo with poutine. Very good. Wish poutine had cheese curds but overall still 8/10. Burger was absolutely amazing. Smoked meat taste which i love . For the price you definitely should stop here! Staff seemed unhappy I didn’t tip but it’s a fast food restaurant , coming through the drive thru I didn’t think I HAD TO. Other than the mood switch when I didn’t tip. Was good.

Nice spot, good burgers.They announce when people give tips and the staff all yell "thank you"While this seems nice, it feels like a way of guilt tripping people into tipping.Personally, I am a big believer in tipping if I eat in an establishment with table service, but not so much for a fast food joint, and definitely not for picking up orders.
