Poor customer service and inconsistent coffee... It's what you do, why is it good one day and bad the next? Prices seem to go up a couple cents every couple of months consistently. The food is subpar most times, breakfast sandwiches and soups seem to be decent most times.
It is one of the best tim Hortons in thunder bay. I have been to there few times and I like the service of the staff over there, especially the girl named jinal during night she is very helpful.

Always excellent service here - day or night. Other TH locations whine and complain if you want a sandwich "but our kitchen is closed"..... I never had that experience at this location. I have actually driven out of my way to go here rather than Hawker/East Ave locations !
