The staff are friendly. The food, always pretty consistent and delicious. Most recently, I’ve tried their ice cream and it was SO delicious! This location is clean, comfortable, and so convenient in a touristy area. Pretty busy at times though… be patient! Just one thing for the mgmt team: maybe have some sort of signage for customers as to where to stand and line up. It was very confusing for me the last few times I’ve been in there… not sure to order and pay first or not. Highly recommend this place!

Had my first poutine and beavertails during my first ever visit to Toronto. I am glad I chose the best place to do so. Amazing and Highly recommended.

Whenever we are in this area, we always stop at this location to have a mix of beaver tails (I used to have as a child in several European locations as done in markets or when the circus was in town). Clearly this is now taken to a new level and not wanting to have my face covered in chocolate as it happened after having a beaver at Niagara, no one telling me of the chocolate on my face, we decided to get a pack of 6 for 24 dollars, I think. The downside is they are not as great 24 hours later, but there is so much sugar I can have nowadays. The staff was nice and friendly, the crowd increased in no time after arriving here, proof this place can still get very busy.

I came yesterday with my husband all the way here since it is one of only two locations in Toronto. we ordered two BeaverTails and we were taking it to go. The guy cashing us out was so reluctant to give us a to go container let alone two. I don’t know when you guys became so cheap with giving to go containers. He literally piled one beaver tail upon the other, causing the sauces to create a huge mess on the bottom of each. Not sure if this brown guy that was serving us feels privileged for working for white people but terrible customer service overall. Not to mention the Beaver tales have gotten so small. You have to pay $10 for one and they’ve cut the size that the pastry used to be so crazy.

It is a small place, but ideal to eat something that is very Canadian, I like the food there especially the different flavors, all different and very delicious between them, I highly recommend trying the large ones and the small versions in their box in case you you want to try various

first time in toronto and had to try a beaver tail!!! the service and ambiance here was amazing! even though, we came on a busy day, the staff was so nice! i wish there was more seating inside tho since there was only three tables inside so we had to wait a little before sitting. but the wait was worth it bc the view was the beautiful pier outside i got the bananarama - chocolate hazelnut spread with banana - it was delicious with some hot chocolate! the bread was nice and crispy which paired well with the sweet chocolate spread. honestly can't go wrong with the bananarama (unless you don't like banana lol) a perfect cozy lunch after walking around in the windy cold in downtown toronto. i saw that they had a lemonade float and a savory beaver tail with poutine!! maybe our next order next time we visit hehe

We visited late Saturday evening after a walk along the harbour and thought we'd treat ourselves to some comfort Canadian food. This location is bigger than other BeaverTails, and there was seating available inside. We decided to get their new Beaver Minis as a way to try out more options without being overwhelmed by the size of a regular beaver tail. You get 6 in a box, and the size of a mini is roughly half of the regular size - maybe even a tad bit smaller? We also ordered poutine (gravy is vegetarian). We thoroughly enjoyed the food and were happy to find a BeaverTails near our hotel.Vegetarian options: The poutine gravy is vegetarian.
