The staff are friendly. The food, always pretty consistent and delicious. Most recently, I’ve tried their ice cream and it was SO delicious! This location is clean, comfortable, and so convenient in a touristy area. Pretty busy at times though… be patient! Just one thing for the mgmt team: maybe have some sort of signage for customers as to where to stand and line up. Whenever we are in this area, we always stop at this location to have a mix of beaver tails (I used to have as a child in several European locations as done in markets or when the circus was in town). Clearly this is now taken to a new level and not wanting to have my face covered in chocolate as it happened after having a beaver at Niagara, no one telling me of the chocolate on my face, we decided to get a pack of 6 for 24 dollars, I think.
