Chef Gabe and his team prepared an amazing dinner for nine guests. The food and service were excellent. He also did a fantastic job helping us choose a menu. Thank you Chef Gabe for an awesome evening!
This year’s Passover Seder dinner was planned as a 30 person sit down meal. Covid wave 6 took over many people in Toronto and again we had to pivot to plan B. Gabe was amazing he cooked a great meal of chicken, brisket roast potatoes and root vegetables, asparagus, fruit salad for dessert. Gabe and his staff had to portion out all this food into containers that could be served to separate families. What an amazing job.
