I've ordered from this location number of times, every time it was good. I've just ordered through ubereats and they had buy one get one free promotion. Both of them less than half full, rice was hard and uncooked.

they added so much dressing our salads looked like soup and were entirely too salty to eat. we couldn’t taste ANY element of the salad because it was pretty much just a bowl of teriyaki dressing. on top of that, our bowls were only about half full and they didn’t add the extra elements that we had payed for AND gave us stale tortilla chips to put on top. wildly disappointing, borderline inedible. I’m really never the type of person to ask for a ketchup when a waiter forgets it, let alone write a review like this, but this was just unacceptable.

This place is great. Ignore all the old reviews (1 year+) as it has clearly done a complete 180 from their experiences. The staff there are helpful and very friendly. Menu is easy to read and there is a lot of outdoor seating. Great for something quick to grab and healthier than other places that make food in the same timeframe. Good deals and yummy food. Vegan, vegetarian and meat proteins to add on to whatever you’re ordering. It’s reasonably priced for two people as well. Also, if you do get takeout, make sure you hold the bottom of the bag as it is paper and because they give you a lot of good food, the bag might give way.
Don’t think I've ever met cheaper staff in my life. I got a teriyaki twist bowl and couldn't even get an extra scoop of sauce without them asking for money. Don’t know how 1 extra scoop affects their bottom line but the unprofessionalism and stinginess is not going to make me return.A piece of advice - a happy customer is a returning customer which generates more money. They're obviously not making enough sales because the staff is poorly trained on customer service.

The salads are great - fresh and very tasty! Highly recommended. Prices are a bit high, but worth it for what you get. I have only tried their salads so I can't comment on their other menu items, but I suspect they are just as good.

I like this place a lot! When I worked in the area and I was feeling a cold coming on, my go to was their chicken soup. Spicy and delicious. I added the rice noodles and it was always very soothing. I also enjoy their ginger shots.
