Chill place to hangout after school. Workers are very sweet and nice every time I visit. I like the mini kiosk at the front and they also offer student discount!My go to order is the wintermelon iced tea with their creme brulee croffle!10/10 would recommend ⭐️??
Excellent bubble waffles here, must try the Red Bean and Macha one! Staff are very attentive and welcoming. If you are in the area, swing by for a bubble tea and stay the bubble waffle.

Love this location! ? Gong Cha makes such delicious bubble tea, and I've always had amazing service at this location. Staff are very kind and would even make me my favourite drink after the seasonal menu changed (for a few weeks while they still had the stuff to make it)! It's small things like that which really makes this location such an exceptional location and why it's my go-to spot for bubble tea ?
