I came here looking for coffee, and I found something more.I saw a young man roasting and shaving beans in front of me. I saw him grind coffee. I saw him meticulously pull a shot of espresso. Happened upon this coffee shop because I parked nearby. Asked for green tea latte (London Fog). It was amazing made with real leafs. The breakfast sandwich was off the hook (not vegan, no meat). Egg, cheese, avocado on a toasted croissant. I don’t know the proprietors name, but he apologized for the wait……totally worth the wait!

This is one of Parkdale's best kept secrets. It's a small establishment bursting with personality. It's maybe not the place to go with a big group, or if you're in a rush, but if you're looking for a unique coffee/ breakfast experience with an old world charm, then this is a spot worth checking out. I especially love the records they play, the home-made hot sauce and that they have physical newspapers that anyone can read!
