The burgers don't just melt in your mouth, these are some seriously juicy and tender burgers. They're Zabiha Halal for those who have the dietary restrictions. The poutine is outta this world and definitely a home run.

The best burger and poutine i ever had. I had the spicy jalapeño burger and oh my daysssss…..and the staffs were really frndly and gonna visit again sooon.
I have tried their chicken burger. Not worth for the price. It is simply tasteless. Quite disappointed.

Very poor customer service have to wait for almost half an hour, only single guy was taking order and he himself was preparing the meal, never recommend anyone plus it's expensive.

While downtown at the Toronto sign, we wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and something with which to warm up! And after seeing several Hero Burgers, we thought we would try them out. We wanted to try the fried zucchini as well, but they were out / weren't serving it anymore, in which case, it should be taken off the menu. We got some hot dogs and fries and then went to eat it in our car. The hot dogs were very good, and the fries were decent - hit the spot when needing a quick snack and a warm bite.

Worth burger ever ? I would not recommend this place to anyone. The quality was subpar, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for a decent meal.
