We usually go to the Scarborough location because we live uptown, but visited the Harbord while we were in the area. The space is much smaller (which makes sense for downtown), and prices are potentially just a tad higher than in Scarborough, perhaps to reflect the higher rent downtown.It wasn't busy, they had a decent selection, and service was friendly. Everyone who works there is very nice except the one woman,the manager I think.She never smiles,is very rude when she talks to you and argues absolutely everything.She could learn from her staff how to be polite and offer good customer service.

I ordered 3 boxes of donuts. Two assorted boxes and one dozen of original donuts. My other buddy who ordered in front of me ordered 3 boxes as well. After my buddy ordered, I started ordering. I noticed the employee gave me a look of disappointment, sigh and an eye roll. It seemed like he didn’t want me ordering the donuts. Beside the employee giving that reaction the service was quite quick.The donuts on the other hand were stale compared to the Mississauga location.
