The sandwich is getting smaller and doesn't taste as good as they once were a couple years ago.

A family-owned business, and I found the owner to be a very nice lady. My family comes here to buy banh mi from time to time and we all enjoy it. They also sell some Vietnamese treats if you get cravings. :)

While I wouldn't agree that this is the 'best in town,' they offer really good, reasonably priced sandwiches that are interesting for sure. The vegetarian is a bit richer and denser than most in downtown Toronto, probably due to the tomato sauce and cooked onions which are quite good. I'll amost always pick one up if I'm in the area.

Awesome! Nearly identical to the Banh Mi I grew up with, so this is an easy 5/5. Price can't be beat.

This charming family-owned Vietnamese grocery and banh mi shop is an absolute treasure. I've been on the hunt for a classic cold cuts banh mi since arriving in Toronto, but have been disappointed by what's available in Spadina and Downtown. This one, however, is the real deal, with generously sliced meats, zesty pickled radish and carrots, homemade pate and butter, and fresh chili to add a kick. The only drawback is that the bread although crispy is a bit too airy for my taste, but I always take my banh mi home and pop it under the grill for 5 minutes and it transform to a beast! I can't wait to come back for more just writing this review!

I have tried multiple banh mi restaurant around Toronto but Le’s sandwiches are the best in town! So fresh and delicious every single time. Do yourselves a favour and grab a sandwich when you’re in the west end!

Best Banh Mi's in Toronto. I've tried other Banh Mis and many of them, their buns made me feel constipated but not this place. I will forever be buying my Banh Mis here.

Le's Sandwich, located on College near Dufferin, is a Vietnamese store that sells a wide variety of Vietnamese grocery items (mainly non-perishable). Owned by a Vietnamese couple, the small space also has a banh mi take out counter (banh mi flavours ranging from assorted, meatball, sardine, BBQ pork, etc.). There is also Vietnamese coffee (hot or cold) as well. Place is cash only.I love a good banh mi and was looking for lunch options around College/Dufferin and stumbled upon Le's Sandwich. Upon entering, I already knew this place was legit. The owners primarily spoke Vietnamese and I ordered a BBQ pork banh mi. I'm not sure if she understood me because I ended up with an assorted banh mi instead (not that I minded!). I also browsed around the small store and saw that they had a lot of Vietnamese grocery items including instant pho. Definitely will be my go to place if I am looking for something Vietnamese related.Food wise, the banh mi was delicious! The pate was the real star and although there weren't as many veggies as I would have liked, the whole sandwich was tasty and delicious - I likely could have eaten 2.Overall, the prices are a bit higher but definitely wouldn't mind supporting a small business if I'm around the College/Dufferin area!

Great spot for Banh Mi. They also have a small Vietnamese grocery section. They’re marked as closed on Google but they’re actually open 7 days a week. Cash only!

Delicious bahn mi, recommend upgrading to the extra veggies as they are a bit light inside.

Best Banh Mi in town. Recommended by my viet friend and their family. They are viet and this is their favourite spot!Banh mi here always tastes great, my go-to is the cold cut sandwich (assorted sandwich) and it always makes me happy!! About $5-$6 per sandwich

Not a bad bahn mi but it could have used more of everything other than bread. Very little meat and veg in mine.

In 2 minutes you can get a $6.50 banh mi. It’s good, it’s $6.50.
