“Good service. Clean for a McDonalds and like usual the service is fast. Decent cleanliness and the employees were nice. I’d recommend this if you were trying to grab a quick bite before going to work or doing something.Parking: Close to the restaurant.“
“Warm staff. All good people. This is my McD's 'hood. Pretty small place with only a dozen chairs. Great service and value-for-money food. Just -1 star on service for that one mistake before on giving me the Big Mac beef instead of the Big Mac Chicken I ordered.Kid-friendliness: Happy mealWheelchair accessibility: Button for automatic door, no stairs“
“The food is served like a pig, or to put it in a hurry, the service has dropped, I’ve noticed this several times already, but today it’s absolutely terrible, today I didn’t bother measuring it and went up to them to tell them to redo it.“
“4/5 stars. Cashiers were still pretty new and still learning but they were nice. They had never incorrected any of my orders from the past few weeks I've been in this McDonald's. Although everything seems alright, they don't accept refills anymore. I hope that they add the refilling machine back.“
“Daniela (a service team leader) served us and was wonderful ! Helped us get the right choices of food and delivered to our table. The premises were clean - especially the washroom. The washroom also smelled very nice. The store is very well kept.“
“Walked in to the store it was a bit busy. Staff were working together to clear up the line. One of your staff helped out a lady with her McDonald's app ( lady was holding a small dog in her hand/ arms near the counter top) not all a hygienic choice for a food restaurant.“
“This mcdonalds is more hidden away being inside a bigger mall. At times it can be empty considering there are many other food options around them. The food here was decent enough with their quality and up to standard. Didn’t see anything wrong with there pricing either. Be warned that at their rush hour they can be quite busy so expect a wait. Given the small location and the lack of space sharing with other vendors, it can be a bit of an annoyance.“
“I'm a regular at this McDonald's. Almost eve6morning, and having break fast with several friends. I know most staff and they are friendly & nice.Compare to other McDonald's stores, this one is a much better one.I recommend.“
“This is for the McDonalds just outside Walmart checkout . Really good, fresh breakfast items being served here. The muffin toasted perfectly and the cheese melted perfectly from the heat of the egg. Having such a well made classic breakfast item when completely famished is such a delight. There is enough space to sit. Will not hesitate to purchase from here when I come here for shopping.“
“Good fun trying McDonald's in a country that isn't your own. We found everything to be sweeter than at home! Despite being moderately busy we felt that it was almost eerily quiet inside the seating area, that could just be down to cultural difference though. :)“
“It's McDonald's. No kiosks. Dinning closes 10p but drive though and 24 hour mobile ordering. Limited seats. Don't use washrooms. Pros. The fastest McDonald's in downtown Toronto. Staff fast and friendly. Honestly I will go out of my way because this is the last McDonald's you will get excellent service.Parking: Pretty sure it's free parking. Drive thu on batrhustWheelchair accessibility: This McDonald's is not accessible friendly. Really tight and small. If you have walker or wheel chair. Try another McDonald's like the one in the mall that has room to move with Aids.“
“Not a big fan of McDonalds food, but on this day 04/07/2024 we’re from Hamilton, ON and we were in Toronto, ON visiting my nephew who is staying at St. Joesph’s Hospital just down The Queensway from this McDonald’s restaurant, we wanted to try other restaurants, but wasn’t really none in that area. Ordered the custom Quarter Pounder with Cheese and fries Combo We all had the same, on this day it wasn’t relatively not that busy. Served quite quickly, grabbed a table and dined in. Restroom could use a little cleaning, overall, it was a typical McDonald’s eating experience. Burgers were hot fresh and cooked, as were the fries and soda. Filled the spot I guess.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes-My nephew is confined to an electric wheelchair and he had no problem entering and exiting.“
“The staff are very friendly and efficient. The food is good and it is hot when delivered and of course when you dine in. The atmosphere is nice. It has improved since they remodeled. It isn't the homeless people that change the atmosphere. It is the ones who do not have money, but place an order and expect to get it free. No fast food place can control the troublemakers entering their restaurant. I like this McDonald's.Wheelchair accessibility: There aren't any stairs at this McDonald's.“
“Amazing Burgers and amazing service! I have had a chance to get a burger with I guess an eyebrow in it and immediately I’ve shown discreetly to the one who served me. She got it to the manager and immediately infront of me the manager threw it away and got new one within secs. Amazing service.I had a good quick chat with the front end cashier she is amazing too, she was quick and her smile was great. Thought of talking to her but haven’t got a chance to. Badluck me!“
“A model of efficiency. Mobile order ready in about a minute this am. Super busy and limited menu but convenient location and well organized. One staff member takes orders, while another exclusively calls out their order numbers and hands you your food. Exemplary friendly Canadian customer service.Lineup is long but ordering on the app saves you time.“
“One of the best McDonalds to do and wait for work food always good no sloppy burgersParking: Lots of parking spots in the parking lot close to doorKid-friendliness: Kid friendly always kids eating with familyWheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access“
“I find, in life, you generally get what you pay for - and this is no exception. As each franchise has its own taste ? some hit ? some are off by some percentage. But It won't replace my day-to-day need of coffee ☕️ Caffeine ☕️ McDonald’s XL Premium Roast Coffee ☕️- Double Double serve’s the purpose! Freshly brewed great taste ?, but it's well worth splashing out on if I fancy some caffeine ☕️ based, self-indulgence and luxury.“
“The truth is that it is a good McDonalds, I went twice and each time they treated me wonderfully, always with a smile and good vibes. The food was always delivered hot and whenever I ordered they gave me the condiments I wanted. It's a small restaurant, with maybe 12 tables but it's always not crowded. The bathrooms are very clean for being a McDonald's.The only BAD thing that is really ugly is that when you go through the door they have the kitchen ventilation coming out that way and the smell is horribleThe truth is that I would go again“
“A bustling fast food spot with people as it's next to Gerrard Square. Nice variety of seating options and a place to chill with friends/family or scroll through your phone while enjoying a snack or coffee. But I noticed the outdoor Washrooms can be a hit or miss sometimes a little grimy (major improvement in comparison to the past), accessibility friendly with door openers and self serve kiosk. Also the employees are always nice and helpful. ? The location underwent a renovation a couple years ago, it looks an institution landmark in the area. The quality of food has improved in comparison to the past.Parking: During peak hours, close to restaurant parking is hard to come by. There is parking further away, the garage or the Home Depot parking lot options.Wheelchair accessibility: Door openers everywhere.“
“The food is good but sometimes it's not seasoned. The service is great, the staff are friendly and kind. I get iced coffees from here a lot and in my experience McDonald's is not consistent, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not, but I have to say this location makes one of the most consistent iced coffees out of all the McDonald's I visit. Well done. It's the Danforth so you can't help the type of people that stroll in, sometimes there are trouble makers but the presence of security at night is comforting.“
“This location is super convenient for me. Especially when you only have a 30-minute lunch break. The kiosks are right in front and there's 4 of them. There are plenty of seatings and fast service. The music selection is a bonus as well. I gave a 3 for the atmosphere because it's downtown Yonge St. So many sketchy people going in and out.“
“this is the best mcdonald's in the city, i've been to so many and i'm picky on location because it will have a big effect on the freshness and quality. I am never disappointed here, always hot and tastes way better than other ones.“
“The problem with budget value restaurant service is that it's going to attract budget customers. This is amplified at everyone of these franchise locations in the downtown core. This place is exemplary of this issue. Frightening potential for interaction with budget patrons while waiting for service. Bring an armed security escort for your take out order and watch over your shoulder as you hightail it outta there for a safer haven in which to consume your budget oriented comestibles.“
“Glad that it was this manager not someone elseI made a mobile order but had to divided the order to 2 orders and that cost me 4 CAD MOREI was not happy but they solved it due to the manager of that shift at the time 9pm date 15th Sept 2023And the night move on :;)“
“I'm not sure how many people will comment food for McDonald's ? mainly is about service and atmosphere. For this Spadina/Queen location I will have to say a "difficult" and super busy one. Staffs have to manage many extra situations ..... but today I want to give a pad on the shoulders for them. Good job, as my husband comes here a lot. Also cute new bag“
“It's a mcd's. In a Walmart. Not much else to say. Pretty decent seating considering that. There's a section near the back which is quiet if you're looking for a break from the chaos of Walmart. Security makes sure no crazy shi goes down.“
“I am OK with the new layout, there is much less dining space than before, but it is a very small space to work with and they have optimized it for takeout order with seems reasonable to me near Yonge and Eg - you can always take your order to the food court at the mall in the North West corner of Yonge and Eg.“
“Great place for a quick bite. Food is good but atmosphere was not very calm. It’s not the restaurant’s fault. Just a lot of loud people on the day of our visit. Nice place and good locationParking: Lots of parking in parking lotKid-friendliness: Affordable for family with young kids“
“This mcdonald's need to invest is unbreakable glass window every time I go there. The window of the McDonald's broke. This time there was 3 different windows. It is somewhat bad to dine in when you can hear the window repair guys bang away changing the window and with no window the cold winter air comes right in.“
“I come at 1am during the week and the staff is very friendly. I always order the triple cheeseburger meal. After work, it hits the spot. It's open 24/7. The only downside is the nearby sketchy people that roam the area at night. But since it's next to St Clair station east. It's not too bad.“
“Went early on a Sunday morning. Cashier was friendly and I received my order quickly enough. I didn't experience any of the issues listed in these other reviews. Maybe because it was very slow in the restaurant and early in the day? The one employee sounded like she was training someone new. She sounded like a good manager. Clear and calm. Restaurant was clean. Coffee and sausage egg mcmuffin were good!“
“When I was asked if I would like customer service, I felt a little pushy, but I was able to receive it without having to wait too long. The Canadian-only poutine $6 was delicious. The socks on display were a bit faint, but they seemed to be in stock.I bought two Happy Meals with toys from the Yu-Gi-Oh! x SANRIO collaboration ($5-6), and both were Pompompurin. There are also rumors that other stores only have Pompompurin! ? You might want to ask which characters are available.“
“Not my usual, McDonald’s location, but the one at 470 Yonge for some reason idoesn’t have McGriddles. This is a small McDonald’s location right on Yonge Street just south of Wellesley on the west side. It must not do a lot of pick up orders because it does not even have a orders progress board. Staff were quiet but courteous. I was in and out in minutes. The McDonald’s app is a pain (at least for me….lol). I find it asks too many questions, has no real organization and lacks a go back button , if you change your mind on what you are ordering. They are almost forcing you to order with the app. if you order at the cash you clearly are the lowest priority possible.“
“This is located inside the Dundas west station and you'll get faster service if you use the street entrance. Just be sure to tell the ttc attendant so you can get back on the subway without paying another fare. Please use the garbage receptacles after your finished. Dont leave your trash on the bus or trains. Keep my hood clean pleaseKid-friendliness: As always, happy meals with treats for the rugratsParking: There is no parking available hereWheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair friendly, very close quarters“
“Always love McDonald's and this restaurant is consistent with my experience at other locations. The people that work there are very pleasant. At lunch time the students come out to eat so be prepared ? as the teens have conversations loudly lol ... To be a teen again.“
“This location has a great group of people that work here. Friendly and efficient in making sure orders are correct. Even checking that napkins are added. Believe it or not, not all locations do this anymore especially your competition.I was there this morning I wish I would have gotten the associates name. Very friendly and polite manning the register and helping with my Kiosk order. Normally visit this location in the morning as I prefer your coffee and Muffin combo.Thank you to the team!“
“I recently visited the Albion Mall and had the opportunity to dine at both McDonald's and Tim Hortons. In my opinion, McDonald's provided a superior dining experience compared to Tim Hortons at this particular location. The service at McDonald's was efficient, and the food was served hot and fresh. On the other hand, my experience at Tim Hortons left much to be desired, with slower service and food that didn't meet my expectations. I would recommend choosing McDonald's over Tim Hortons when dining at this location.“
“This McDonald's is very busy at lunch time with students from the school in the area. The students are loud and rude. With swearing . And at lunch time it is very hard to find a table to eat at alot of the students bring food from outside place in . But when it is not lunch time or right after school ot is empty.“
“Breakfast burritos is always hard as a rock and cold. Please start making these fresh and not all in the morning. DON'T serve them if they're not fresh and the wrap is hard and stale. Manager rectified it fast once I called. Very professional management.“
“OMG the cashier who served me needs a raise. She was handling the mad house with so much enthusiasm. Such a professional service with a lot of patience, and gratitude from cashier. I usually buy coffee from Tim Hortons but the cashier suggested her favorite coffee. This was such a great interaction.“
“This McDonald's was busy during the lunch rush, yet customers appeared to be receiving their orders promptly. The restaurant was clean and seemingly spotless, despite the high foot traffic. The staff seemed happy and genuinely enjoyed working at this location. I ordered a Medium Fries with no salt and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap, both of which met expectations. Its proximity to the ROM is another positive aspect.“
