The restaurant at Yonge & Shepard in Toronto cancels reservations after you have booked on open table and have dined there so you don't get your open table points!! Very sketchy and manager is RUDE!! Wouldn't go back and not should you!! Better food elsewhere!!!

I ordered a pizza delivery from the restaurant. The delivery never came and the staff was not able to account for the missing delivery.

Lunch plans with colleagues hit a snag when the spot we intended to visit was packed, so we headed to libretto as our plan b. Around 12:20pm on a Wednesday it was about 3/4 capacity and we decided to eat outdoors. We were in a hurry by now, so we all ordered the special. Can't recall the name, but it was a thin crust with Gorgonzola cheese and...peaches! Word?? (Chappelle voice). It was delicious. I was starving. So I checked with my colleagues and they also gave a fairly enthusiastic thumbs up. And our bills were all under $25 before tip. Not bad! Maybe next time we'll come back as a plan a.

Had a great meal here, due to the wonderful pizzas and fantastic staff, who could not have been more helpful (including charging our phone, helping with change for the tram and generally being great fun). Ok the decor (plastic flowers and general state of the toilets) could improve, but the food and service were top quality and very reasonably priced. Thanks!

Pizzeria Libretto popped up as one of the "best pizza in Toronto" suggestions, so my colleagues and I decided to give it a try. We each ordered our own Napoletana-style pizza, and I chose the Capricciosa. When we arrived at the restaurant to pick up our to-go order, we were told our pizza would be ready in five minutes; it ended up taking closer to 20 minutes even though the restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived after 8 PM. The pizza itself was solid. The toppings (basil, burrata, olives, mushrooms, artichoke hearts) tasted fresh - especially the burrata - and the sauce was delicious. I wish the crust had more "chew," but otherwise, the pizza was fantastic.

Very large and spacious location. First time customer. Grilled Calamari was nicely seasoned. The real highlight are the pizzas. If you love Neapolitan style you are in for a mouth watering treat. Tried the Margherita Con Prosciutto & Arugula, Impossible Vegan and Funghi. No time for pictures as busy night but all 3 were fantastic.Pizza and Henderson IPA can't be beat. Looking forward to returning in near future. Very friendly staff who catered to fact we were in a bit of a rush.

Pizza was not bad. Service was non-existent. Someone need to retrain Alex because she forgot how to serve and or check in on her table of customers. Place wasn't even busy. We waited almost 40 minutes to get our food and she didn't bother or remember to bring us a single refill of water. I kind of felt bad for the 4 customers across from our table they sat down before us and ordered wine and appetizers. By the time we finished our (40 minutes) pizza and paid our bill they still haven't received their food. I was telling my friend that I should order a UberEats pizza to drop it off on the patio because they took forever and didn't even tell us why it was taking so long! I am not sure why I bother leaving a tip, but consider I was little generous that they just reopen for patio. I will not return to this location.

Best gluten-free pizza I have had, when not it Italy. The gluten-free crust, made by themselves, was so good and it was baked in a (separate) stone oven. The ingredients were also very tasty but I would have liked a little bit more choice. My boyfriend had a "normal" pizza and that also was an authentic Neapolitan-style one.

two days ago was our first time we visited this fine restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the good service, with the great cooking and booze and with the decent pay. We will surely return there soon.

Very neat and accessible spot. They serve large portions and for reasonable prices. We enjoyed the menu very much and the waiters were super amiable and chatty. Highly recommended.

I’ve always loved Pizza Libretto from the first time I sat down in their Ossington location. I’be been to all 3 restaurants and all 3 have been amazing. The pizza is incredible, the fresh mozzarella is super stretchy, dough is soft and chewy with just enough charring, and the tomato sauce is perfect. The pizza of the day is my usual go to with a nice craft beer, and the meatballs are also a MUST HAVE appetizer. I’ve had birthdays, a first date that turned into my wife and great times with friends at Pizza Libretto and hope to have many more!
