There was this short indian girl taking orders. Whooahh it seems like she's getting the worst job of her life...her vibe can tell you that she does not want you there... looking at you as if she's been working non-stop for a while. The worst feeling in my life.Please girl l have people looking for a job. I have indians buddies begging for a job. Maybe l should talk to the union or call a work agent to inspect what's going on there..

On Tuesday, around 4:50 p.m., I decided to visit Popeyes for a quick bite, opting for their fish sandwich combo. This particular location was my choice due to its proximity to my college. Upon arrival, I encountered a cashier Loveleen Kaurand Her Manager.As I approached the cashier to place my order, I was met with unexpected rudeness. Miss Loveleen Kaur directed me to another lady to take my order in a manner that made me feel unwelcome and devalued, as though I were an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Such treatment was not only disrespectful but also disheartening, especially coming from a staff member tasked with serving patrons at a food establishment.It's regrettable that this incident is not an isolated one. I've encountered similar instances of rudeness from the staff before, particularly from Miss Loveleen Kaur. It's concerning to witness personal biases affecting one's professional conduct. As a customer, I believe in the importance of being treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of any personal grievances a staff member may hold.Furthermore, I Work as A Tactical Guard in security industry, where the process of banning individuals requires solid reasons and cannot be based solely on personal opinions or biases. I Deal With Tresspasser almost daily so i Know how it is and it works. Banning someone from accessing services or establishments should only occur under justified circumstances, not simply because someone expresses a differing viewpoint or raises legitimate concerns.In conclusion, while I understand that conflicts may arise in any workplace, it's imperative for staff members, especially those in customer-facing roles, to exercise professionalism and respect towards all patrons. It's my hope that Popeyes addresses these issues promptly and fosters a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.

I am a loyal patron of popeyes, and I have been to a number of different branches. However, my experience today in this branch was quite unsatisfactory and unpleasant. Firstly, when we were having dine-in, there was an uninvited guest who came in and started abusing for no reason. She asked for change, and when we tried to ignore, she started shouting. It was an unpleasant experience.Alongwith, me and my wife both experienced upset stomach after coming home. We had ghost pepper chicken sandwiches. I am not sure if it was oil or some problem in preparation.I request management to look into having some security measures and also maintain standards of preparation.
Their food is great…overall the atmosphere is very nice, especially their manager and staff is really sweet and kind.

This Popeyes has to be the worst I've ever seen. Always dirty inside, and any time I show up it's a 10+ minute wait for food for some reason. If you try to order ahead to avoid the wait, it's still never ready on time, and they always cheap out on your order (forgot pieces of chicken, fries etc.).Stay away unless you're desperate.

I cant really suggest if you can take the time and go to the location on lakeshore, do it. Trust.Food:Asked for fresh fries. I got half of my request, even after confirming with the employee that she did not mixx in the old fries that were hard and sitting under the heat llamp for god knows how long. I knew right she lied to me, i mean cmon. R u that ignorant. Popeyes fries iwhern fresh are exceptional.ServiceWell that was a different story. The managaer on duty seemed to be a bit much too.. but she isnt the issue. When i say fresh! I want FRESH. not come outta the washroom (ill get to that in a second) to be given half of what i requested and the other half uneditable crunch.AtmosphereIts popeyes i get it, but wash your washroom instead of standing around doing nothing, just avoid it, smells like 10 day old drunk alcoholic pisss.So yeah, take the extra mile and go to the next one.Sorry but i dont like being lied to my face.
