Was not happy with the visit, not like other Rudy's I've been to. Whoever works in the front, might be a manager, she needs some training, her behaviour towards the customers were very rude, I've seen Uber delivery boys coming in and her approach towards them were very rude, needs to change it others are watching, food is good but if service is like this I'm sure it will affect the business. Anyway I'm not going back.

One of the worst customer experience with rude service.
The burgers were well-made and yummy as usual, and the poutine was decent too. Unfortunately, the milkshake machine was broken during our visit.It can be a bit hard to find parking if you're driving, but that's true of many spots in that area and downtown in general.
