Salus is the whole food takeout option Ajax has always needed! The food is always fresh, prepared with love and at a fair price. This is truly your healthiest option in town and we no longer have to rely on Freshii which is overpriced and underwhelming. This was the Durham location. In the land of fast food selections I was just looking for a place to grab a fresh sandwich. Happy to have found this place. Bright and clean serving vegetarian and meat add ons. Suitable options for vegans. I had an amazing veggie sandwich loaded w fresh toppings and side salad and my partner had a veg bowl. Also had a delicious smoothie. Counter service was amazing. Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely excellent. They have found a way to make Vegetarian or Vegan meals extremely flavorful & appealing. They have meat options aswell for those who don't want to go full Vegetarian. The service was very friendly and kind. There are only two workers at a time, so unless you go when they arent receiving alot of orders or have a line up you will be waiting for a little bit.
