This location is just off the Dundas Station exit into the Eaton Center on Level 1. The staff here were very friendly. They greeted me with a genuine smile and asked me what I would like to order and if I wanted to a pastry to go with my order. They seemed very happy to be there. I decide to try their matcha latte but unfortunately the sweetness was too much for me and the matcha seems to be mixed with other flavours or spices, maybe cloves and/or chai? Had a poor experience. Escalated the issue to head office. Been a few times since. Different people, and now excellent service, delicious drinks and fresh and tasty snacks.I am really grateful head office takes matters seriously and follows up to make sure the problems were resolved in a timely manner.It shows. After a few months, it's STILL a great experience going back time and time again.
