My problem with establishments like Second Cup (or Starbucks or Tim Hortons) is two-fold. Firstly, the beverages lack any type of taste or aroma. Secondly, the hot beverages are not even hot. They are often lukewarm. This is even true for Pilot or many independents. When ordering hot chocolate I have found that Second Cup is the best of the bunch.
