I've done many meal preps in the past several years, this one, by far, portion, quality, service, tops all the rest of the meal preps.amazing, definitely going long term with them.
Good variety. Food quality is on par of what you expect for the macro meals. Taste is very good for a healthy meal if you're watching weight and macros. I'd highly recommend Cindy and her team for providing me the service.

I really enjoyed my meals with Sixteenoz. I wasn’t sure what to expect with asking for pescatarian and gluten free meals but there was still so much variety! And they had more veggies that just cauliflower and broccoli which was really refreshing!I also feel like they give more protein than other meals because I was really full!
