I went to get my coffee and bagel in the morning today, and guess whom I met with, some blond staff who was talking nicely to a customer as I entered, and left me waiting without even welcoming and asking if I want something. I wasn’t there to see her face.I had to then get her attention and place my order. I used to visit this store quite often, However, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service since the new team took over. It now feels like I’m at a different, less reputable coffee shop. On my recent visit, the Indian barista seemed visibly annoyed when taking my order, especially when I requested an ice drink without ice, simply wanting a room temperature beverage. Please save your money and go get coffee at a different location no matter how desperate you are to get your coffee. Definitely the bottom of the barrel Stabucks in the whole city. These people are rude, argue with customers and will not make your drinks correctly like other locations. Whoever runs this place should take feedback. The quality of drinks and food is below the Standards you expect at a Starbucks and will insist that this location is definitely the lowest of the low...read full review
