The place looked great and very clean and everything that they had was stocked unlike other Starbucks’s. But the costumer service wasn’t good at all. James was very rude when we asked a simple question and he showed us an attitude. We just asked about the cups that they had and whether they have it in stock and his behavior was really rude.

James, this review is for you! I seldom go to Starbucks. Went in to the shop on Queen and Kenilworth in the Beaches, and James was behind the cash. He engaged every customer with a friendly smile, eye contact, even a quick question or comment that engaged them if they were willing to chat and they in turn started to smile. The Chai Latte was great as usual, but the customer engagement won my heart that day. Thanks James

There is one gentleman who is so friendly and nice, and attempts to strike up a conversation when I come in. Starbucks Corporate: stand down and cease your resistance against the unionization.

Very poor service two drinks half hour wait we’ve only two people in line aheadJames running around doing nothing- well, pretending that he’s cleaning same spot three times. Ridiculous.! if you’re in a rush, Don come here.

Excellent experience , customer service is friendly and professional . This location was able to make me a pour over blonde . Went to multiple Starbucks locations looking for a blond. blonde coffee should be default coffee or morning till closing as not everyone works day shifts . There are rotational shift , evening shifts night shift continental shifts etc . Really satisfied that they had the blonde coffee . This particular location is extremely clean and organized . Thank you for making the blonde coffee after regular cut off hours that other locations have !! Keep up the good work
