This review is for the staff at this location, and in no way a review of Starbucks Corporate. I gotta hand it to them, the staff here is great. There is one gentleman who is so friendly and nice, and attempts to strike up a conversation when I come in. Starbucks Corporate: stand down and cease your resistance against the unionization.
Absolutely love the service here! The staff is extremely kind and sweet. They always give me really good recommendations, and fun banter. I stay here for hours to work, and really enjoy the atmosphere of this location.

James, this review is for you! I seldom go to Starbucks. Went in to the shop on Queen and Kenilworth in the Beaches, and James was behind the cash. He engaged every customer with a friendly smile, eye contact, even a quick question or comment that engaged them if they were willing to chat and they in turn started to smile. The Chai Latte was great as usual, but the customer engagement won my heart that day. Thanks James
