Ordered online via phone app on my boyfriend account. In total, three times they had messed up my sandwiches completely. I ordered the chicken pizziola with specific instructions on toppings and I received a regular pizza sub instead. Second time I ordered a tuna sandwich with specific instructions again.. that was quite simple (spinach, tomatoes and onions) and I ended up with lettuce, tomatoes and green peppers which I absolutely hated. Very busy location but the service is always quick as the staff are very fast paced. I've been going here for years and it's always been that way. Food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean

The physical location is super clean. Very well done, brightly lit. The staff, well I just assume I get there at lunch time.They haven't ever followed my online order instructions but it's not a big deal. Sandwiches themselves are always as requested.
