I would like Bhumi to be recognized for her efforts. I'm sick of reading these 1 star reviews from ignorant customers. I've seen customers come in for mobile order and Then ask to make their sandwich differently, and then they're very rude on top of that. When I was just getting a sub from my online order, the manager wouldn’t let me put my custom toppings on my sub. She also wouldn’t put my sub in the bag for some reason? When I started recording she finally listened to my orders. I would recommend ordering from another subway if you have time. They also take SO LONG to make a sub. As you can tell from most of the reviews the service is bad. That backs up my review.
