I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service, food handling, and overall food freshness at this location. As an employee in the food industry I’m understanding, but I was appalled by the level of cleanliness and lack of fresh ingredients that I observed. I won’t be returning.
Why am I paying $17 dollars just to have 4 slices of onions on a foot long. why is my cookies STALE AND HARD, subway is known to have the best cookies on the market. I am so disappointed and sore from chewing on a rock they claim to be a cookie.

Sorry to be honest. I had to tell a lady to take the spoiled spinach leaves out from my sandwich while being made. I was very surprised that she actually put the rotten/smushed leaves onto the bread and tried to stack other vege on the top. I had to ask her to take it out, she seemed like not a big deal to have rotten vege. Customer service and food quality issues there.
