The Alley Reviews
The Alley is probably one of the higher tier bubble tea places in Toronto. Especially atmosphere and tapioca wise.Because bubble tea is so popular, there’s a huge mass of stores, but because there’s so many (and Toronto rent is expensive) there’s not too many where you can just sit down and chat. They have a summer green grape drink that I tried! This was my first time trying The Alley and I'm glad I finally did. They have a lot of creative drinks on their menu. I was craving some bubble tea so I decided to try this place out. I ordered the Deerioca Ube Puff and a Taiwanese Custard Toast. The toast appeared slightly burnt and the topping was very crumbly. I'm not entirely sure if it was supposed to turn out that way but I'm not a custard toast expert, besides it was still very delicious. The bubble tea was incredible and I could see that a lot of care went into the preparation. Definitely recommend ?
