We came for the Beers Beers Beers improv show and had a fantastic time! The experience inspired us to sign up for improv classes in our hometown! Thank you!

I highly recommend Ralph Macleod as a teacher for improv. His subtle gestural expressions are masterful, powerful and impactful. If you're a newbie, he can still lead and pull off a really good skit and entertain the audience to stitches. I learned so much from him and was so inspired. So glad I took a course with him!

Amazing experience for me here, I’ve always being a socially awkward person. However after just taking one class here, I was able to loosen up be myself without judgement. This will definitely be a new hobby for me, next to therapeutic for me. Who doesn’t want to make others laugh and laugh together, it’s definitely an ice breaker.

Super fun time! Supportive and positive group and leader. Great experience all around.

I dunno...was a decently funny show...other than the constant gay jokes directed at one guy in the front by the host. It was pretty evident he didn't want to disclose his sexuality, yet somehow he was forced to in front of a group of strangers in exchange for some laughs. Sad. One comedian was consistently funny, one needs to find another career, and the rest were somewhere in between.

Wanted to join the improv class but my work doesn't permit that. Hopefully soon

I loved my first improv class. The instructor was amazing at creating a positive experience. I learned how to express myself while listening to others do the same. I now know improv is not about being funny, to me it was about being spontaneous. I highly recommend SoCap improv to others, I left with my endorphins flowing and felt euphoric! Signing up was easy, the price was low, location is amazing, and I made new friends. It was a series of games above a pub, there was a comedy show offered afterwards and most of the group hung out on the Danforth. I returned the next week and am inspired to jump into this new hobby. I look forward to the many different classes they offer and am just one of many people who highly recommend this experience. Thank you to Asha who was an amazing instructor, sry I probably misspelled your name, but its okay if im not right, lets just go with it!

I attended a beginners drop in Improv on Saturdays. The other students were awesome. Learning to listen better and yet given a chance to try things without Judgment is pretty liberating and disarming. I was learning the basics of improv and understanding the why’s of certain actions and their meaning behind it. All in all a great class, with a great teacher and also a great show!
