Placed a mobile order and waited about 15 minutes. I saw my order was sitting there and ready so I politely asked if she could pass it over to me. Her response was she only has one pair of hands and if I can be more patient. I followed it up by saying it's been there and ready I've already waited 15 minutes. To that she pulled back my order and asked me "if I would like to wait longer". I was not being rude but wow what a response from a rude worker.

I was just in there moments ago and a nice lady purchased some goods for a homeless women, who was actually quite kind to the staff and the staff were so rude and judgemental to her. She explained what donuts she wanted and they kept giving her trouble about which ones she could and couldn't have. There was a huge line and they wouldn't let her have any dignity. It's a pastry, I heard what she ordered, it was paid for, give her a break. Clearly she doesn't need more trouble in her life. Their clientele seemed to be made up of teens buying stuff and hanging out with the general riff raff that made up the other bunch of their customers. I went to buy a gift card and was pleasant and patient, but the girl at the register treated me like I was a problem too. Not cool.

Just like the other customers I had a very bad experience with the Asian ? lady which I never expected as I had been coming here for so many years with my loved ones. The way she communicates with customers is not acceptable at all. She does not respect people the way we do to them. She talked so rudely to me and when I asked her please speak nicely, she replied me in a very mocking way. I wish the owner could do something if he wants his customers to be satisfied with the service. I love the environment here but it's high time they need to something about the lady.
Nice place, good food and friendly staff. DO NOT go on lunch time during school days. There are 2 big high schools in the area and the kids overcrowded the store. Even with mobile order is a nightmare. Staff really try hard to keep things under control but it’s just not a good time to go. Chose before 11 am or after 1 pm on weekdays days that schools are open.

I ordered using a coupon offer and serving lady got a wrong order placed. A lady with Jamaican accent was so rude that she said Tea doesn’t include steep tea lol while in offer it says steep tea, flavour tea. She have no shame with her zero information of store offer being an employee. Instead of apologizing, she told me I ordered wrong. Disgusting people ? I ended up walking out with my refund.
