I have been coming here regularly for about 10 years now. The owner/manager, John, is one of the most professional, kind, patient, and hospitable business owners I’ve ever met. I come here because it’s spacious and generally clean. And some of the staff know me. I have appointed myself unofficial critic of the franchise and John has not had a problem with that yet. Good atmosphere, clean bathroom surprisingly, and good customer service. Just the kiosk does not want to scan my tims rewards card so kind of annoying. Food tastes fresh and the place inside also looks clean. There's seating area too if you want to sit inside.

Nice place, good food and friendly staff. DO NOT go on lunch time during school days. There are 2 big high schools in the area and the kids overcrowded the store. Even with mobile order is a nightmare. Staff really try hard to keep things under control but it’s just not a good time to go. Chose before 11 am or after 1 pm on weekdays days that schools are open.
