I didn't find the store to be hygienic. First of all, all the tables were dirty with spilled beverages even on the floor. No one go around arranging chairs ones used by customer. This is the only time I felt so bad with any Tim Hortons branch.
The crew leaders r Japanese and philipino. Excellent service though a bit slow .Sadly it's owned by a very big jerk who owns the Tim's in Chinatown . The washroom is quite trashed by Uber idiots or rather taxi slobs . This location has prob the best service and in the heart of downtown . It's just off Spadina .The new Indian kid is an example of textbook service ...he even ask if u want a hot sleeve for the coffee. My fav place with also the Kong Spadina store .

Got the iced Cap coffee which was very nice. the place however needs a makeover. the tables and chairs were quite dirty and were stained with coffee marks. the washroom was also out of order.
