I am a regular at this location. I find there are some staff, certainly not all, that are not only unfriendly but rude.Standing at the counter to order, after being asked "can I help you", and have the server turn her back to you and talk with another staff.If it's training needed then get them the training.
I always get the Ice Capp from Tim Hortons along with their chocolate muffin, and I must say, it was a delightful treat! The Ice Capp was the perfect blend of creamy and refreshing, providing a much-needed cooling sensation on a warm day. Pwith the ice and cream, making it a satisfying pick-me-up. As for the chocolate muffin, it was simply indulgent. It’s somewhat of a record setting with this location that they’ve almost never gotten my complete order correctly. If it’s a drink or a sandwich, sure they get that right but the moment it’s like a combo or two, they mess up atleast one of the items.
