I understand that sometimes it takes more than 10 minutes to place an order because there are many people in line, and many things to do. However, arriving in a hurry to see that there are only two people in line, and losing more than 10 in a cafe, is absurd. The women are very slow and still asleep.
I love this brand, and some Tim Hortons' locations are great. But other locations could do better, particularly the washrooms, that really need an improvement. I know, it also depends on the people who use them, but still!
