don’t understand why the ratings are so low at this location. service is really good and their food and drinks actually taste like good quality. I think this is the only location I’ve been to where their steep tea doesn’t taste like watered down water with cream and sugar. service is friendly and very efficient too.

I ordered french vanilla and it was too Sweet to drink than what it should be and they charge a bit more here than other tim restaurants. They should keep the sugar content moderately. Not a good experience for me at this branch.
