I went to this Tim Hortons location couple of days ago. I ordered a coffee and bagel with peanut butter. I asked the order taker to spread the peanut butter on my bagel. He replied they don't spread it on for allergy reason. Even though it didn't make no sense for the fact 1. they are using gloves when they prepare your food, 2. Tim Hortons constantly remind their customer that their facility is not peanut free, rather than arguing I chose to ask for a strawberry jam. This time a women colleague turned and said we don't spread anything and that I would have to do it myself. Had it been a seat down restaurant I would have done it myself since it is not I insist they do it for me. She told me If I don't like their service she will refund my money and I go my way. I was really surprised with the attitude and poor customer service she exhibited. Hope the ownership of this franchise and Tim Hortons will take the necessary action to correct this behavior. As to the peanut butter or jam spreading Tim Hortons has to have one set of policy for all the franchisee so there wont be any confutation.

I got the pastry and when i said i was going to pay few by cash and rest by debit, her face changed and was annoyed. Plus why were the two employees talking in their language and not english. Usually it isnt like that ...i have met few other female employees there, they are so nice and kind.

I used my app to use those 'meal deals' to collect points till 1,800 points to get 'fully loaded wrap or bowl' for chicken order only.

I enjoyed my visit, the place was fairly full that they. I get the same thing every time I go which is too old-fashioned plain, and a black.

They never have any food in the morning

Scan & Pay app rarely works at that location. AnnoyingAt rush hour there is less staff than other periods of the dayLong wait at both the walk up window and insideDietary restrictions: They only have donuts - rarely have more than 2 flavours of Timbits. No breakfast, lunch or dinner menu items.

Not as good as it was about 10 years ago; I don't know what they've done with their coffee; but it tastes way different than it used to; they need to go back to how it used

I work close by and just want a cheap, quick iced coffee to get through my day.My order: large black iced coffee, extra ice.The workers don't seem to understand what black means and either ask a few times how many sugars or creams I want. Also, they take "extra ice" to mean less ice or no ice sometimes? It's quite bizarre how difficult it is to get my order here as I think its quite an easy drink to make.

The staff are really nice, but I can't recommend the iced coffee. I get it every day at other locations and for the first time here, it is different to the point of being unfinishable. Not at all tasty like the drinks I get every othet day. I asked, because it seemed different right away, but was told it was fine. I'm not sure if something is missing or if the quality of the coffee is less, but it is a bit disappointing as iced coffees are not really that cheap these days. Friendly and hardworking staff doing their best.
